We are accepting new patients. We specialize in providing gentle, safe and effective pain management care for people of all ages. Everyday in the United States millions of people suffer from daily chronic pain. Many people do not report their pain or seek appropriate treatment; and quite often they have suffered for years without adequate treatment of their disorders.
The Interventional Spine & Pain Management Center is dedicated to finding the best treatment options our patients with ongoing pain. To do this efficiently we set out to enhance the quality of life of our patients. Too many times, people suffer everyday, and are unable to enjoy daily activities with their families and loved ones.

Here are some tips for your physician visit. Allow plenty of extra time to arrive for your appointment. Arriving 15 minutes before your first visit is always a good idea.
Please bring a complete list of your current medications and dosage with you to your appointment. For your convenience, a downloadable Medication Form is available on the right sidebar of our website. Simply print the form, fill in your list of current medications and bring it with you to your appointment.
Bring your insurance card, Medicare or Medicaid cards. Bring a photo ID and proof of residency. Co-pays are expected at the time of appointment.
